Provides full interior and exterior safety repairs for 2-3 homeowners in crisis — stabilizing the home, restoring functionality, and allowing a family, elder, or veteran to remain safely where they live.

$15,000 – Veteran & Elder Home Safety Package

Supports repairs, accessibility upgrades, flooring stabilization, bathroom fixes, roofing patchwork, and critical systems repairs (electrical/plumbing) for 3-5 veterans or elderly homeowners on fixed incomes.

$50,000 – Neighborhood Revitalization Partner

Funds large-scale block beautification, multi-home repairs, and workforce expansion — providing training, jobs, and home preservation for numerous households across historically underserved neighborhoods.

$150,000 – Legacy Preservation Champion

Transforms an entire community footprint by funding major home repairs, new housing development steps, youth workforce expansion, and veteran/elder support programs. This level preserves generational wealth, revitalizes neighborhoods, and builds long-term skilled trade career pathways — creating impact that will be felt for decades.

$10,000 – Workforce Pipeline Partner

Funds tools, certifications, supervision, and paid workdays for an entire youth cohort while they complete repairs across multiple homes. Creates skilled workers and supports neighborhood revitalization simultaneously.

$25,000 – Community Stabilization Circle

Restores 5-7 owner-occupied homes through major repairs and paint revitalization while also supporting youth wages, contractor partnerships, and the expansion of our Preserve & Prosper Housing Initiative.

$100,000 – Housing Equity Builder

Catalyzes the construction or rehabilitation of multiple Preserve & Prosper homes, strengthens the contractor workforce pipeline, and stabilizes generational properties that are at risk of being lost.

$200,000 – Youth Haven Home Builder

Funds the complete construction of a new Preserve & Prosper transitional home for homeless or housing-insecure youth — including land preparation, framing, utilities, interior finishes, appliances, and safety features. This investment creates a safe, stable living environment where young people can heal, work, and build their futures while receiving workforce training through Jacksonville Youth Works Inc. A gift at this level not only builds a house — it builds hope, security, and opportunity for generations of young people who deserve a solid foundation.
