Our members focus on putting youth to work, hiring ex-offenders, providing supplemental income for single-parent households, and fighting against blight. We look forward to addressing the needs of the homeless community by rebuilding and offering affordable housing to veterans and those working to redeem their time.

OUR COMMITMENT
The TP Firm is dedicated to hiring a significant percentage of our workforce from empowerment and enterprise zones. We prioritize providing top-notch training programs to individuals in underserved communities, helping them gain exposure to competitive work environments.

A portion of our profits will be allocated to the maintenance and redevelopment of these communities by supporting city initiatives and donating to nonprofits focused on reducing recidivism and preventing incarceration.
We are proud to partner with the JSEB -Jacksonville Small Emerging Businesses to hire laborers. Our aim is to enhance public safety by providing sustainable employment.
